Afternoon Decaf Latte out of habit
No coffee today, but a decaf latte this afternoon. I usually like to make an afternoon coffee if I’m home. But I bought some decaf beans and made one with these this afternoon, and I have felt great. I wasn’t tired or needing a pick-me-up this afternoon, and I just liked the taste and have the habit of having a coffee drink at that time of the day. I’m very energized and awake this afternoon.
I did drink a shot of the Ionix juice when I got home from town today, and I’ve taken my two Natural Accelerators for the day. Perhaps yesterday’s cleanse or the repeated dosages of great nutrition and minerals have something to do with it. It’s different for me not to have a tired spell in the afternoon. Hmmm…

For that decaf latte, try using organic naturally decaf beans with the IsaPro. Shake on a wee bit of cinnamon. Mmmmmm….
NO coffee. Not even decaf (which still has caffeine). Give your adrenal glands a break. You will sleep like a baby after two or three days.
My cleanse was vegan plus no Caf, no gluten, no alcohol. Also, kept the sugar intake down. Trying to stay below 50 on the glycemic index. We took our usual vitamins, plus added chloroxygen, hemp protein, super green food, maca powder(in place of my coffee addiction) and coconut water.
I took a break from it for my Mexico trip and can’t wait to return to the diet. Probably in a modified form… Less meat, no caffeine, less dairy and MORE veggies!

Thanks Mikey! Yeah, that coffee addiction is something! But I don’t feel it too bad, just a like the whole ritual and physical activity of holding it in my hand. I bought the little bit of decaf beans in case I panicked or something. It’s been going well for me – with the help of these meal replacement foods – I haven’t had to totally turn around the shopping trips – just only eat the good stuff, and have those shakes twice a day – pretty easy.
