Well, it’s Nutritional Cleansing is a pattern of changing eating habits to clean and bolster the body by using fasting, drinking herbal remedies, and infusing the body with nutrients. As I understand this, the 30-day Cleanse that I am embarking on is a way to prepare my body and begin it’s training to b able to absorb good nutrition and be able to use it.
